Blair Parnwell founded Parnwell Painting Ltd in mid 2002.
At first he operated as a sole trader and then became a partnership with his wife, Ellena.
Blair entered the painting and decorating industry as a brush hand for a year after leaving school and then served a apprenticeship of 6000 hours focusing on Painting and Decorating including Specialised Coatings. After completing his apprenticeship he was selected out of the top young tradespeople in the country, to attend the Paintercraft Trust Advanced Business Course for which he was awarded a diploma. He has also completed courses on Pacific, Ashley and Vision wallpapers, Nuplex Coating & Floor Coating Finishes, Airless Spraying Techniques and the Resene Professional Development Programme.
Since Parnwell Painting Ltd was founded the company has grown steadily. This positive growth has been due the quality workmanship, high customer satisfaction and overall professionalism that we strive to achieve.
